A level one referee course A level one referee course has been arranged for Wednesday the 19th March at Doonside (Wellington rugby piches). The course will run from 6pm til 10pm and will take place in the new Wellington pavillion. The level 1 referee certificate will allow all those who complete the course to referee from minis to senior level and as we all know without referees there are no games.
